Order Fulfillment Superintendent

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running efficiently and profitably, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and meet their expectations.

Job Description

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum of Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
Min. of 5 years experience in supervisor roles or assistant managerial roles, especially in Manufacturing, FMCG, or distributor.
Good proficiency in both written and verbal English
Have experience in providing customer service support.
Have excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
Have good knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
Have strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Have good leadership skill.
Willing to work at our Head Office in Purwakarta, West Java

Corporate Relation & Communication Manager

Corporate Relations & Communications plays a critical role in ensuring all relevant vision is delivered. This role must bridge and translate company’s and department’s vision into more pragmatical action and initiatives. The vision: To be a leading, trusted and reputable Corporate Relations & Communications Department that drives PT. East West Seed Indonesia to a forge relationship; connecting it with farmers, stakeholders and communities alike and amplify the voice of East West Seed Indonesia as farmer’s best friend.

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Communication

Collaboratively communicate the company’s values, achievements, and initiatives to external stakeholders, ensuring company’s values are consistently delivered. This role also includes planning and monitoring function; therefore, the value proposition of the company should be well designed and executed.

Public Relations

Active and productively establishing strong media relations, leading and managing crisis effectively, and promoting the company’s positive impact on key growers, farmers, and community.

Corporate Social Responsibility

To develop and implement impactful CSR programs that contribute positively to the farmers, communities and environment where the company operates, fostering sustainable development and social well-being

Corporate Affairs

Committed to engaging with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and relevant stakeholders to advocate for policies that support company’s growth and contribute to society.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Management/Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Min. of 5 years’ experience in managerial roles as corporate communication, public relations, or related field
Have experience with public policy/government relations/Agriculture’s community is an advantage.
Good proficiency in both written and verbal English
Good knowledge of industry trends and best practices in communication and public affairs.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.
Have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Have strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel.
Willing to work at our Head Office in Purwakarta, West Java
